Description: Danny Ilic, aka Danny Freakazoid, is a prodigy in the world of electronic music. Danny’s already been on the scene for a number of years, well-known as both a producer and a DJ.

His breakthrough occurred in 2005, when he was just nineteen years old, after the launch of his self-produced track “Discount”. With this track he managed to stimulate the interest of world-famous labels and eventually signed on with Mark Brown’s record label CR2. Shortly afterwards he put out successful tracks and remixes such as Bush II Bush (The Click Here!">Piano Track), Spencer Parker (Open Your Eyes) and Tim B (Barcelona), which went to the top of various dance charts. With these popular hits under his belt, Danny’s popularity on the scene shot up in record time. Soon it became clear that Danny’s creations of sound turned into big hits on the dance floor. The next peak came in 2006 with the release of his debut album, “Freakazoid”, which practically flew out of the record shops and was featured as ‘Essential CD’ on Pete Tong’s Fast Trax show. “Freakazoid” is a true gem and gives the listener a brilliant sample of what he’s made of. Upon it’s release, Ministry of Sound labeled him a rising star on the scene. Danny and his brother Elvis Benait have also achieved success with their collaboration under the name “Freakx Brothers” and already boast a strong following. Their first single, “Tension” stormed into the Top 10 Beatport download chart, and devastated dance floors all around the world. Because of Danny’s success, it’s difficult to catch him appearing at Swiss clubs, but his DJ gigs take him all over the world – from Germany, to Slovenia, Italy, Holland, England, South and North America, and all the way to China and Australia, and now Singapore!
